I think Felos is hoping to get the law overturned before the court appoints a GAL or before the opposition can find a way to toss the HINO out of the role of primary guardian. I don't see how that's acceptable though. I thought it was specified that a GAL would be appointed in 5 days from the time of Gov. Bush's executive order. Is the governor aware that this is apparently NOT being carried out?
