He won't last three weeks inside. He will. As noted on the radio, he's got two strikes against him as far as other prisoners are concerned. He will do his time isolated in solitary, well away from any contact with any other prisoners.
What's interesting is the lifetime supervision provision. I hadn't heard of that element of the state's sentencing laws...

Lehman was arrested in January and was released later that month to the custody of his mother. He returned to custody Tuesday.
He told investigators he also fondled a 9-year-old girl in 1997 when he lived in Maine, but the incident was never reported to authorities.
In 1989 Lehman Jr. was convicted of orchestrating the robbery of a bank security vehicle that was delivering $25,000 to automated teller machines in Tacoma and served one day in jail. His accomplice served a month and a half in jail.

Are you kidding? I'll bet he doesn't even see another inmate and I'll bet he lives in the guards office and has his meals served to him by a guard, that is, if he ever physically goes to the prison, he'll probably wind up getting house arrest with "mother".
