The popular concept of trying to convince the American people that Islam is a religion of peace ? as if this will shut down the engine of terror ? is the theater of the absurd and a festival of hypocrisy. It will do just the opposite; in time, it could open the floodgates for glassy-eyed, demon-possessed human bombs (H-bombers) to roam the streets of America waiting for the most opportune moment to hit the detonator. Excellent article!

"I had a conversation with prince Khalid in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He said, "Don't exaggerate! No more than 10 percent of the Muslim population are fundamentalists." Well, call me a taxi! That means there are only 100 million Islamics who want to kill Americans ... instead of 1 billion. I don't find that very comforting."
I personally am attached to this part.

Liberals, lunatics and liars are still attempting to sell an American public, still in shock over 9-11, that Islam is a peaceful religion.

I had a conversation with prince Khalid in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He said, "Don't exaggerate! No more than 10 percent of the Muslim population are fundamentalists." And those who aren't fundamentalists/terrorists are sympathizers with those jagoffs.
Moderate Muslims? Only when they're out of ammunition...

There is such a thing as diplomacy. Having the cooperation of some of the surrounding Islamic states is crucial for crying out loud, if we hope to win this war against the terrorists. We will not achieve any success if we start trashing their religion. I agree with the president that the majority of the Islamists are peaceful. If that was not true we would not be able to gain the assistance of the people of Iraq and Afghanistan.

And the rest are backslidden or uninformed.

Indeed. May the light of Jesus come upon them.

The lack of understanding of Islam by the general population is alarming. Wherever I go, I ask people about their views and the ignorance is almost universal. History is going to judge the media dishonesty harshly.

if only 10% of Muslims are "radical" then when are the other 90% gonna rise up and fight them
or at least stand up and loudly denounce them...
Instead their Lobby Groups like CAIR constantly defend them (terrorists) and denounce any one who critisizes-them as critical of Islam........

The muslim terrorists are being patted on the back by Senator Patty Murray (D-Wash)when she uttered this drivel:
"We've got to ask, why is this man so popular around the world?" she said in reference to bin Laden, the accused mastermind of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. "Why are people so supportive of him in many countries that are riddled with poverty?"
Murray said, according to the Vancouver Columbian newspaper, that bin Laden has been "out in these countries for decades, building schools, building roads, building infrastructure, building day care facilities, building health care facilities, and the people are extremely grateful. We haven't done that."
The second-term senator then asked the students to ponder: "How would they look at us today if we had been there helping them with some of that rather than just being the people who are going to bomb in Iraq and go to Afghanistan?"
Meanwhile, back in the White House, President Bush presides over a Ramadan dinner with the "peaceful" muslim delegation.
