I don't understand how anyone thinks that the legislature overrode a constitutional right. When did we as a country allow one judge to kill someone because a spouse gives hearsay evidence years after the fact? The constitutional right being violated is Terri's fundamental right to life. The Americans with Disabilites Act was suppose to protect those rights and the state of Florida decided to override those rights.
