Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia TV1 in Arabic, official station of the Saudi Government, carries at 0911 GMT a live sermon from the holy mosque in Mecca.

Shaykh Muhammad Bin-Abdallah al-Subayl delivers the sermon, which he devotes to the subject of "married life," saying that the home is the pillar of life and that happiness, harmony, and stability of the family depend on both husband and wife fulfilling their duties toward themselves and the family. The imam refers to the frequent cases of divorce, saying that husbands divorce their wives for the most trivial reasons, thus behaving unfairly to them, themselves, and their children.

In the second sermon, the imam hails the month of Ramadan, which is due on 26 or 27 October, depending on the sighting the new moon.

The imam concludes with a prayer to God to support Islam and Muslims, humble infidelity and infidels, elevate the word of right and religion, and support His faithful subjects. He also prays to God to preserve the king and guide him and other Muslim rulers according to the Koran and Sunnah. He prays: "O God, support our brother mujahidin for Your sake and religion everywhere. O God, support them in Palestine against the usurper Jews." He also prays for Islamic unity.

Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia TV2 in Arabic, official television station of the Saudi Government, carries at 0921 GMT a live sermon from the holy mosque in Medina.

Shaykh Salah Bin-Muhammad Al-Budayr delivers the sermon, which he devotes to hailing the month of Ramadan, urging Muslims to spend it in piety and charity.

The imam continues with the same theme in the second sermon. He warns against wasting food in Ramadan.

The imam concludes with a prayer to God to support oppressed, destitute, imprisoned, and persecuted Muslims everywhere. He prays: "O God, support Islam and Muslims and destroy the enemies of Islam, including Jews, Christians, and atheists. O God, whoever wishes our country or Muslim countries evil, busy him with himself and make his plot turn against him." He also prays: "O God, support our oppressed brothers against the usurper Jews in Palestine. O God, deal with Jews for they are within Your power. O God, show us the miracle of Your power on them. O God, shake the land under their feet, instill fear in their hearts, and make them booty for Muslims and a lesson to others. O God, free the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the clutches of the Jews."

And the Politically correct bunch don't want you thinking or saying that this could be a war of Religion. It all about who's God is right and true. It will be a war between them and the unbelievers....Arm yourselves!

they state it plainly ... yet many still don't believe it ... they want allah to destroy Jews and Christians ...

[9.30] And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!

I thought the Saudis were our friends

What in the world gave you that idea? 50% of Hamas funding comes from Saudi Arabia. The number is probably higher for al-Qaida, but that is harder to track. I don't know why the Bush administration is so wedded to the house of Saud other than the family ties to the oil industry and the fear of what another oil embargo similar to 1973 would mean to the American economy.

I'm still not dead and neither are you if you're reading this post. So we know one of two things:

1)The god of Islam does not exist, or...

2)He does not want Muslims to kill unbelievers. He may even be like the Cristian God- go out and preach with words, not weapons.

forgot the sarcasm tag BUT I got that smartass comment from the Bush Administration that likes to kiss Saudi rump everytime I turn on the news. I wish Dubya would be like Giuliani who ripped up the Saudi prince's blood check and threw it at him.

Sorry about my confusion but the word 'eternal' was left out of the quote. President Bush actually said that the United States and Saudi Arabia had an "eternal friendship."

http://www.mission4israel.com/weflt.htm

Hopefully the President misspoke or does not understand the meaning of the word eternal. When I first heard this I laughed and then was sad.

I just hope that our President has an eternal understanding of Islam and Saudi Arabia and leads us to victory over the Arab Land of Evil.

Half of the voting people in this country are not our friends.

Well, at least that is what the vote counters have made us come to believe.

Knocking an entire Nation for the acts of just 17 people, and a very small elite group in political power is not very much of an arguement after all is it?

On the other hand, I completely agree with you. The Saudis are are by and large, a very sinister foe. They live and survive solely through treachery and a backward system of standards that most thinking people of western pursuasion will not likely ever be able to comprehend.

We need a wake-up call in this Nation. I fear that it may already be too late. We shall see what happens, if they don't kill us all first. That is their aim, and there should be no question about it.

Such talk, Bush assured Abdullah, "cannot affect the eternal friendship between the two countries."

"2)He does not want Muslims to kill unbelievers. He may even be like the Cristian God- go out and preach with words, not weapons."

Impossible, he commands the mooselimbs to kill those that don't convert.

Of course, allah the moon god is a fictional joke, but to these 'people' he's seriously real.
