FoX News Channel 11 Los Angeles News reports that a small plane just crashed on the 163 Frwy at the Balboa Exit. Pilot walked away.

And the Hits just keep coming.

The smoke is horrid in East County. Is this worse than the Laguna Fire of '70? The envirowackos should be tried then publically hung. All the little ELF bastards that is.

Foxnews LA channel 11 has been reporting from San Diego, and the interviewee says 10 dead. Anyone else heard that high of a number?

Oh, good. Thanks for the update.

My husband was just talking to his friend down there, and he said the fire has circled around somehow and is now threatening the brig at Miramar. If that's the case, it would also be threatening the airfield...

We're convinced the fires have been set and are being set as I type this.

My neighbors are on "canyon watch" --- or should I say "cretin watch."

Thanks. It's tough keeping up on all the news via FR (always the best source), scanners, and local audio feeds. Where's FOX news?!?

Hey, that's not bad. I read on a different thread that we're all wealthy and WE should pay for this, not the feds.

NOW I'll stop posting. :-)

When you think about this, the horror really sets in. Just where does one go when they evacuate? It seems the entire area is on fire or being set on fire. These poor people, their children, it is so sad.
