Terri Schiavo will be cremated immediately after her death on orders from her husband, Michael, her brother and sister revealed late Saturday, precluding any possibility that an autopsy could determine whether her brain damage was caused by a heart attack or physical abuse.

Terri's siblings, Suzanne Carr and Robert Schindler Jr., told Fox News Channel's "The Big Story with Rita Cosby" that they'd like the authorities to examine the circumstances of the events that caused their sister's brain damage, based on medical reports that show she sustained several broken bones and a neck injury consistent with strangulation.

Terri's brother said, however, that her husband, Michael, has "instructed the judge to cremate her body upon her death, which adds even more suspicion to what really happened to Terri."

He added, "We're trying to stop the cremation from happening if Terri does die, so hopefully, we get to the process of investigating what may have happened to Terri that evening."

somebody please tell me WHY this man is still allowed to make these decisions for this poor woman? this entire situation is making me sicker and sicker everyday.

her parents must be going through INCREDIBLE pain! i could not even begin to imagine what it must feel like to have your own child this close to being legally murdered right before your eyes.

what in the heck is going through michael schiavo and his minions from hell's heads i can only imagine...the more i read about his insane decisions the more i am really starting to believe he's trying to cover up an attempted murder.

i cannot understand any mindset that would support this heartless sicko. the only thing i can think of is an ignorant person who still thinks she's a 'comatose-braindead-vegatative-unresponsive' woman, or someone who is secretly getting their thrills over this. and even then, who would support STARVING someone whether or not they were responsive. that's just barbaric.

As it becomes more and more likely that Terri will survive wicked Mikey's attempts to have her put to death by court order . . . I cannot rid my mind of the impression that as things get more desparate for his intentions, he will finally end her life by smothering her !!!

He is becomming more and more desparate that she die and be immediately cremated to the point that he will simply close and lock her door, then use a pillow or simply place his palm over her mouth while he pinches her nose between his thumb and index finger. Try it on yourself... how long can you hold your breath... how long can Terri... it only takes 2-3 mins max in her condition !!!

More than ever I'm really scared for Terri now !!!

The likelihood of finding anything definitive would be virtually nil. The likelihood that the Schindler's could find a doctor who would say, "Well, maybe, just possibly, this here thingy means ...." would be very high. That's probably the real reason for the cremation order -- to prevent a fishing expedition by some very angry and embittered people.

You read correctly . . . but I'm inclined to think that at this late stage . . . after all the hullabaloo . . . Mikey would figure it safer not to leave any needle marks or chemicals in Terri's blood stream . . . just in case he fails to have her cremated !!!

He physically abused her quite horribly that night . . .and although he may not have originally intended to actually murder her, it's fairly obvious that he was strangelling her, which caused her system to fail for lack of oxygen !!!

There is NO OTHER REASON why he would pay his complicit lawyers $500,000 just to insure that she died before she might somehow be able to implicate him as being the sole cause of her present situation . . . and I'm praying endlessly that law enforcement wakes up and provides Terri with 24/7 protection before it's too late to save her from Mikey's final attempt to permanently silence her !!!

The fact that he will not relinquish her care to her family really is really odd.

The fact that he intends to have her cremated and not allow an autopsy makes it look as though he has something to hide about just how she ended up in this condition.

Do not understand why these simple facts did not set off bells and whistles with the court.

Very possible, heart scarring is persistent over a lifetime and there are characteristics that leave clues.

Late in his life my father had an MRI and the results showed, among other things, that he had a heart attack that he kept to himself!

Maybe this situation has reached the point-that Terri needs to be extracted-and moved to a secure and hidden location..just how much security is there ? Are the hospital guards armed ? There are plenty of retired SEALS in Florida-that are capable of pulling off such a mission-and are able to reduce or eliminate collateral damage. There are plenty of non-lethal techniques-to nullify the guards...they are just following orders.
