Can you quickly freepmail me the DU thread URL, please. Jim Rob doesn't like us posting their stuff here. I agree.

That could be a problem. Our success against the dems to a degree has rested on the fact they are marginalized by the extremists. If they ever wake up and cast them off, they could present a formidable challenge to a citizenry expecting goodies from their government.

V for Victory. I've always seen this an an inspirational gesture by an inspirational man (Churchill), later hijacked by anarchists in the 1960's as a symbol of appeasement.

There are some dubious origins to this sign however, as well as the other so called "peace sign", according to this link I found:

"Movement" is a descriptive term for this steaming pile of protestors.

I guess you missed the accompanying video. She was chanting "he he, ho ho, bush and cheney got to go." As she passed the camera, a large sign showed the partial word "ho".

True...but remember that if they abandon their extremists, their extemists will abandon them. And right now, this is their base. I can live with a moderate liberal (Miller, Breaux, et al)...I can't stand the extemists. They are in a quandry that I don't see them solving anytime soon. Hell, each time they lose, they reach further to the Left. Let's just hope they keep living in denial.

George Bush what do you say how many kids have you killed today

What an odd thing for a crowd of pro-abortion, kill-for-convenience freaks to chant.

"This was one of the funniest threads--ever! "

Agree. LMAO all the way through! The dogfight was great but the use of the F word and the Kucinich poster were close behind. We should all call anyone tending to vote Democrat and suggest they watch the replay this evening.

I am not obsessed, simply trying to work up an operational theory on WHY leftists think they are effective. You don't see US making giant puppets, do you?

I am thinking it has something to do with the large number of art students in th left, most of whom understand how to do papier mache.

So please do not call me obsessed. Harumph!

IMHO, the left would do better appealing to the middle left. Their problem is the militants are embedded and the only solution is surgery.

Leftists protest, sign petitions and the net result is a messy garbage laden city.

Conservatives protest, sign petitions and the net result is Gray Davis is looking for a job.

White boys watching to much
MTV in Iowa and learning a new culture I guess.

This rally has inspired me
to catch up with my intercity
cultural history so I'm going to have a cold

with my out of touch white
imperialist friends and play a little

this afternoon.

Sometime tonight I'll play

with my girlfriend.
