I dont think the aclu cares about the facts (when have facts ever stopped the commie bastards from pursuing their agenda) they see this as a chance to go head to head with Jeb Bush. If Bush didnt get involved the aclu would probably never touched this case.

I have just e-mailed the ACLU, but I fear it's like whistling in the wind. Did you know Michael Schiavo was a registered nurse? I just found that out. He must have the medical establishment on his side as well as that Hemlock Society lawyer. Once the ACLU runs with this, I'm afraid Jeb's order and Terri's law will be overturned.
