I would think that if Terri got into her present condition by strangulation or blunt force trauma as a result of a crime by her HINO that the atempt to finish the job by way of Florida's lax living will laws would be looked upon as a continuation of the same crime, at least MORALLY if not legally.

Okay, regarding my previous ping at #413, what would y'all say to this solution? For tonight, we keep this thread going through the Larry King show and until around midnight. From that point on we start a new Terri thread daily with a generic title which will always remain the same, such as "Terri's Fight" and give the date, and post all related articles and new information for the day on THAT thread. I will be happy to do that unless someone else would like to do the honors. If we do that though, it would be nice if we had a list of all the Terri threads to date, with the links, to include in the body of the first thread. Would someone be willing to help with that?

Only trouble with that is what if the GUARD believes in euthanasia???!!!! All of Pennelus county appears to be a festering epicenter of the NeoPagan liberal death culture since George Felos and Mary Labyak gained control of that hospice. The guard should be no less than a state trooper from the Conservative Panhandle region

I know exactly what you mean...almost total Pinellas county legal dept seems to be a boiling pot of corruption.

I will not be surprised at what might be uncovered as an investigation into the Hospice org and its board members and affiliates and funding is explored.

The biggest problem with a separate live thread tonight is that it would attract certain disruptors like an industrial strength magnet. Wading through their hurtful comments for the duration of the broadcast would be really difficult.

Two big thumbs up to the idea of a daily Terri thread! It would make it much easier to track and respond to current events and any Freeping needs.
