He has been run off by others here. He will go away soon, right now he is palying nice to lure some other person into a flame war no doubt. Seems to be what he enjoys.

They have people that DO that? Yes. It's a difficult job, requiring lots of training.
Are there kitties involved?
Only for spare parts...

(Note from BB: This letter won a Three-Star rating, which entitles the winner to a free breakfast, courtesy of the paper!) LOL! I guess Erin could say "Great! put my breakfast in the blender and pour it down my tube!" Bravo for her and her letter!!

LK could have done better. He didn't prepare. I myself and many other sent him documentation. This was pretty much a one-sided, creampuff interview, with no teeth. I would like to see Sean Hannity or Bill O'Reilly interview him. Maybe even Chris Matthews. Greta would be good too.
Personally I'd likw to see Nancy Grace have a go with him
To: No More Gore Anymore
I did not realize that, I thought they would automatically do that.
To: Republic
Thank you for posting that letter! Kudos to "Erin" fo writing in and telling her story. (And I'm glad it was published for all to see)

What I would pay to see that....and she'd have her pile of documents to back every challenge she made to him.(She'd make mincemeat out of Felos too)

I'm reposting this for you HiTech, nobody else has answered yet afaik (I'm reading as fast as I can...)
Would appreciate if you could shed any light here:
Hammesfahr definitely said that potassium wasn't the issue and there was NO heart attack.
Couple of q's for the MD's here. Is there a difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest? Can either condition be determined by blood tests hours/days later? Would potassium levels remain low hours after a heart attack or cardiac arrest? If low K can cause cardiac arrest, what about the converse---can cardiac arrest cause low K? If they determined at the hospital that Terri had both a cardiac arrest AND low K, how did they know which came first?

Americans who have disabilities -- cognitive disabilities like Ms. Schindler-Schiavo -- have rights. Congress decided that in 1990 when it passed the Americans with Disabilities Act. Yet most of society does not consider that Terri Schindler-Schiavo has any rights other than the right to die. We believe she has a right to therapy and support; we believe the Americans with Disabilities Act requires that.
This is so true. I am so tired of people braying about Terri's right to die. What about her right to live? What about the rights that the rest of us have, that are being so casually dismissed in her case? I am so sick of people not thinking for themselves, just letting themselves be brainwashed through the media to believe that Terri's right to die is the only thing important to her, since she is "too disabled" to have a "meaningful life". People can be so incredibly shallow.

Many years ago, my sister married an abusive creep. She kept her problems to herself too long, but when she finally managed to break free of him, taking nothing but the clothes on her back, one of the first things he did was kill her dog.
Abusers have certain hallmark behaviors. You see one, you've seen them all. At my age I've seen quite a few. Therefore no doubts about Michael Schiavo.

I know that bulimia can be and is hidden well. I know one person personally who has suffered from it. It's simply horrible what it does to people and the depths to which they sink before they will actually seek help.
If this eating disorder is what led to her collapse in 1990, they would have found other vitamin and mineral deficiencies, as well as other signs which pointed to bulimia, not just a potassium deficiency. There are some things that cannot be hidden...like what it does to the inside of the mouth and the mucus (sp?) membranes along with the enamel on the teeth. That's what makes me believe bulimia had nothing to do with her collapse. And since MS is the one to have stated that she suffered from it, I'm even more disinclined to think she even suffered from it.

"That's against the law according to the Medical Privacy Act." Not if he owns her....as he seems to think he does.
And didn't you hear him say how very concerned he is about Terri's privacy....seems a bit foolish to be concerned about the privacy of a "plant," don't you think?

You can vote as many times as you want on the court tv polls. (very easy to do) Everytime the numbers go up for Terri, they suddenly go back down.
I wonder who is manipulating it.
