Someone needs to file suit against one of these banks, for discrimination. They don't let white guys like me open bank accounts with made up ID. Just wait until they find 100 of these matricula accounts in the same branch depositing $9500 a day and wiring it to Bogota.

IN CT no hospital birth certificate is accepted by CT DMV from a USA born citizen; must be a notary stamped CT Dept of Health birth certificate

All with Puerto Rican IDs from a doctor or a hospital; no "state ID" required.

All hispanics seem to have at least one or more PR birth certificate IDs.

This guy is in charge of compliance and doesn't realize that every one of these people have, in addition to his matricula, a fake Social Security card which he uses as a work permit?
