Someone needs to file suit against one of these banks, for discrimination. They don't let white guys like me open bank accounts with made up ID. Just wait until they find 100 of these matricula accounts in the same branch depositing $9500 a day and wiring it to Bogota.

The Mexican IDs break the Patriate Act regarding banking.

It really looks like they can break any law they want to and not be punished.

You are right

In Connecticut white American born citizens need mega legal IDs to open a bank account

Illegal aliens in new SUVs and BMWs at City Hall outside waiting for "friends" inside getting their city welfare checks

Then drive to a nearby money exchange/check cashing service to send money south of the borders

Can't get US driver's licenses?

BS!

CT, NY, NJ DMV employees and supervisors were selling DMV licenses at $50-$3000 a pop!

IN CT no hospital birth certificate is accepted by CT DMV from a USA born citizen; must be a notary stamped CT Dept of Health birth certificate

Foreigners?

All with Puerto Rican IDs from a doctor or a hospital; no "state ID" required.

All hispanics seem to have at least one or more PR birth certificate IDs.

Instant US citizen.

Instant DMV licenses.

Instant US voter rights.

No problemo!

These hard-working Illegals need to head back home with guns and ammo and a new awareness of the meaning of freedom and liberty, and go to work building a government that they can support.

The article states:
"Mexicans who are here, both legal and illegal, like to keep a low profile," said Ante. "The jobs they have (provide) very low pay, so they have two jobs. They work and go home and watch movies. Maybe they play soccer on Sunday. They are not comfortable in large crowds."

I guess this guy has never been to a Walmart in California on a Sataurday.

"It's not risk-free, but an Indiana driver's license is not risk-free either," he said.

What a dope! Maybe he'll accept my Blockbuster card, too, with the rationale being that a DL isn't completely reliable.

"Banks are not in the immigration business," said Liz Hadlin, manager of external affairs for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

What a coincidence, neither is the Federal Govt

If there are other signs that a potential customer might not be who he or she claims to be, Hall said, the bank will not allow the person to open accounts.

This guy is in charge of compliance and doesn't realize that every one of these people have, in addition to his matricula, a fake Social Security card which he uses as a work permit? That's a rock-solid, reasonable assumption. Now, does he really want people who use fake SSN's and think nothing of it to be his customers? How do you say "sucker" in espanol.

not to worry, if you can't produce one, the Consulate will direct you to a supplier who can make up a fake for you.
