No matter what he does, Michael Schiavo just cannot seem to pull off the murder of his wife. MAYBE HE SHOULD JUST GIVE IT UP ALREADY! Now that the whole world is watching, he'll have to mind his P's and Q's.

I wonder if he tried to strangle her.<--- I think his biggest fear is that Terri will come to her senses and tell everyone "That Bastard choked me and tried to kill me".
That is THE ONLY reason he is trying this hard to shut her up. He has something to hide. Very similar case here in Dallas a few years back, Reverend Walker Railey choked his wife and nearly killed her but there was no way to prove it. He went to trial and was acquiited, not enough evidence. However his wife is in a "Permanent Vegetative State" at a hospice in Tyler Texas. He got off Scott free and married some young flooozie out in California.
