I wonder if he tried to strangle her.<--- I think his biggest fear is that Terri will come to her senses and tell everyone "That Bastard choked me and tried to kill me".
That is THE ONLY reason he is trying this hard to shut her up. He has something to hide. Very similar case here in Dallas a few years back, Reverend Walker Railey choked his wife and nearly killed her but there was no way to prove it. He went to trial and was acquiited, not enough evidence. However his wife is in a "Permanent Vegetative State" at a hospice in Tyler Texas. He got off Scott free and married some young flooozie out in California.

Yes, I forget about the Railey tragedy. There may or may not be a parallel here. Was there an investigation for possible spousal abuse when Terri collapsed? Apparently not, as it was not even suspected then by anyone. Now Bobby Schindler wonders if there was spousal abuse. There are reports that she has damaged neck bones that seem to indicate strangulation.

I guess Mrs. Railey's family could petition to remove her feeding tube too, but they have too much class to consider that option.

This case won't go away, but Schiavo has suffered defeat in a major battle. He has yet to lose the WAR.

I wonder still if the Raileys ever suspected their former son-in-law of such brutal behavior.

I also wonder when the Schindlers first figured out about the dark side of Schiavo. Though Mr. Schindler said a few weeks ago that he thought Schiavo had strangled Terri in 1990, the family had been very reserved in its personal comments against him. Robert Schindler, Jr., in his television appearances still declines to engage in name calling against Schiavo.
