[history]
The Federal Bureau of Investigation issued an arrest warrant Thursday for a man who allegedly removed bolts from high voltage transmission towers near Redding and in Oregon. The bureau issued warnings to authorities in four western states.
Local and state officials are participating in the search for Michael Devlyn Poulin, 62, of Spokane, Wash., whom they said was seen tinkering with the leg of a large electrical tower near Anderson on Monday, then driving away in a pickup truck.

This guy's picture should be all over the TV networks, instead of endless shots of the husband of Laci Peterson, who is still dead.

Ramzan, Oct 26. There was an Osama "snowflake" this summer talking about a silent, invisible death and that Ramzan would be different this year.
FWIW.

Thanks, I was interested in seeing if anything like this was going on in the rest of the country and of course, this is the best place to do it. The winds are picking up and as I said, he must have known that. I really think it is great that people asked him what he was doing... that is the key here, regular folks saw something amiss or strange and checked up on it. We will win against any kind of terrorism with this type if attitude across our great land.

Early this week Squantos and I posted replies about us monitoring certain areas and having cameras ready to take pictures.
We as individual citizens have no problem profiling or noticing behavior that is not normal or potentially dangerous.
When you have alert citizens with cameras, cell phones and the ability to see something that may be wrong, that makes a lot of eyes on alert in America.

Those new cell phones with the cameras apparently are having some big impacts on stopping crime. The bad guys know that their picture has been taken and sent or about to be sent. So it is best not do the bad deed when they are identified.
I think that I will buy the small binoc's with the built in digital camera for my fishing and for what we have been discussing.
