I read that when Terri colasped MS didn't call 911, he called Terri's brother, who then called 911. That is the reason for the 10 minutes loss of oxygen to the brain

THIS ALONE TELLS ALL!!!!!!!!!!! and for a NURSE???????

Thanks for posting that link. It was a nice story, even though I've read most of the same info in other versions. Scott Schiavo is obviously trying to do damage control for Michael.

Pam Anderson

I see posts that mention Pam Anderson from time to time on these threads, but unless the well-endowed actress has taken up Terri's cause, I think people are either meaning to refer to Pat Anderson, the Schindler attorney, or Pamela Hennessey, the website media contact. Either way, it's an easy mistake to make. I just didn't want people to stay confused as to who's who when reading these threads.

Michael was in the restaurant business at the time of Terri's collapse. He didn't become a nurse until a few years later. However, it is stated in many articles that Michael did know CPR at the time of her collapse, but didn't perform it. He called Terri's dad first, who told him to call 911. Then her dad called her brother, Bobby, who arrived on the scene about the time the paramedics did. Terri was not clutching her heart as one would expect. She was found with her hands by her throat. Hmmmm.

Save you family the anguish, go ahead and take advantage of the law now.

I've been so worried about Terri that my brain is numb... but I was just wondering, out of curiosity...

When exactly did MS "remember" that Terri said "no tubes for me?" Was it BEFORE or AFTER he met his "fiance?"

I think MS "remembered" this in 1998, after he had met, and was living with his fiance.

I think there was an article posted here about Terri's friend. Does anyone remember the article or the woman's name?

She'd be a great guest for Greta.

Some others might know of tax violations by Michael and should report them. If Michael spends more money that he appears to earn, if he buys something expensive with cash, etc. are all red flags to the IRS. In any case, just by being in a frenzy to have his wife die is an indication he has something terrible to hide.

FACTS NOT DISPUTED BY MICHAEL SCHIAVO

1. Terri is not dying. (Living wills and advance directives, right-to-die issues, pertain to persons who are dying. ) The original cause of her condition and the present status of her condition are disputed, but she is not dying of her condition or any disease.

2. Terri left no written directive of any kind as to her wishes regarding medical treatment or withdrawal of it.

3. Michael sought and won an award specifically for her rehabilitation, saying nothing about her wishes at the time.

4. Soon after the funds were awarded, he claimed to remember her wishes, said she would not want to be kept alive in her present condition, and he has permitted no rehabilitation for Terri for the past ten years.

5. Michael has used a portion of Terri's medical award to hire personal security for himself, and a substantial amount of the award to pay attorneys to accomplish her death.

6. Terri has no guardian ad litem to safeguard her rights and interests against possible abuses by Michael, of his power as her legal guardian.

7. Terri's parents and siblings have publicly stated that Michael may keep all award money, that they want only to take care of Terri, out of love for her.

8. Michael has a fiancee and 2 children with this woman. While Terri lives, he remains married to her, legally obligated for her expenses, and the award money is almost completely spent. He has not denied that he holds life insurance on Terri. Divorce would not automatically prevent him from collecting on an insurance policy, but Terri's survival does.

All the above are facts not disputed by Michael Schiavo.
Draw your own conclusions.

From what I've found, attorneys don't think too many in their own field of law could be mentally incompetent.

There are cases of counsel failing to investigate the sanity of defendants, & I think an expert lawyer could turn that around to focus on Felos (Judge Greer) not investigating (as far as we know) the malpractice suit transcripts testimony, comparing 1998 to 1992, her medical records for injuries, police report, and question Michael as to why he wants his wife dead. In representing Michael, he ethically has a responsibility also towards Terri.

Michael lied at one time or the other. If he lied in 1992, that's fraud. At some time, he has committed perjury.

According to the Philadelphia Lawyer publication (no date), "Not only is the standard by which counsel is deemed effective or ineffective constantly changing, but also decisions of the higher courts have been devoid of a guideline by which future problems may be anticipated."

I have to leave now for a while. Talk later.

I think you should send some of the material on this site to Larry King:

http://www.hospicepatients.org/Hosp-FL-Suncoast-entrypage.html

He may be a big pro death liberal but he also knows that a good scandal helps keep the TV ratings up. (Kobe is a good example of this.) And if this doesn't qualify than I don't know what does.
