The report was from the Schindler family (brother specifically) as they were trying to see their daughter at the hospital after visitation was granted by Michael Schiavo. The hospital only told him that she was gone. I hope it didn't really happen like you have said here. If so, he told the parents, "OK, you can see her now", knowing when he said this that she was gone from the hospital. How he must have chuckled as they excitedly headed for her "room". Please tell me this isn;t true. This is beyond cruel.

I'm reaching that point, fiesti ~ this man is from the pit of hell, but God is not willing that any should perish, but it's an individual decision. MS is not showing any sign of repentance ~ may the Lord bind the words and actions that would harm Terri. Lord, uphold the parents and brother and sister, for their agony is beyond measure.

I think for the sake of not spinning Felos' and Schiavo's lies, we should not post anything that Felos' said or anything that came from his camp. That way we will not stress about it too much. Most doctors are saying that even without fluids for 6 days, she most likely hadn't reach the point where she would have irriversible organ damage. So, hold in tight, let God work his miracle.

I just got on and am trying to get caught up. Just seeing the title of this thread made me physically ill. I just thought I'd throw a quick question out, and then go back and keep on reading from the beginning, so bear with me if anyone has thought of this already. Someone mentioned that the POS Michael Schiavo has been with his mistress for over 7 years. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that then considered a 'common law' marriage. Could he now be charged with bigamy?

The way I read the governor's order, it would be a violation for the hospital to release her under those circumstances.

Why won't a judge step in and protect Terri. At least one has tried. Unfortunately, Felos got the family's judgement thrown out on the basis that Judge Greer was supposed to hear all matters related to Terri Schiavo.

"It continues to hurt Terri and her family's cause that Felos has such easy access to mainstream media where they seem not to." Does this really surprise you?

Sorry about Justice Demers e-mail mistake. I am getting punchy. I think I need to go to bed.

She is a high risk for renal problems right now and needs to be watched closely for signs. He has been talking about it today and she suddenly leaves the hospital where she can be monitored closer.

The definition of PVS is probably going to be revisited by the legislature at some point. Terri understands jokes, can follow simple instructions, recognizes people, has emotions. Not a vegetable. You are showing up late to the party. You could be a Felos fellow for all we know.

That alone is a miracle from God, to give you the desire to pray for in praying you give all matters to God.

I know, I know. But I've read that a judge is supposed to name a new guardian. If that happens in a timely fashion can the new guardian file for a divorce on Terri's behalf?

good point

Excellent observation. Bookmark so I'll remember which post points out another contradiction.

The State of Florida already is paying for her care through Medicaid. Has been for years.
