Who's the guardian with authority to authorize the move?

>>>If Terri is stable, they would discharge from the hospital
She would not be stable yet. Her organs started shutting down and her stomach lining dried. The process takes much longer.

There is, of course, "brain function".
Stick to facts and not fanciful thinking.

Where does the soul reside? Even if in the cerebrum, she still has a bit of that left. The soul is not part of the human anatomy. It neither resides in the brain nor any other part of the body. It is the spiritual part of us that only God sees.
To: Calpernia
AARG, no one will give any info on her. It's a real hot potato now. Reason for being moved is unknown to me at this time.
To: supercat
I'm really concerned about her going into renal failure, guys.
To: irish_lad
How does the heart know how to "beat" if she has no brain?
To: deport
Who's the guardian with authority to authorize the move? Michael "Menendez" Schiavo.

A beating heart with no brain function does not constitute living. They have not done tests to determine if she is brain dead. There is no way the video I saw was that of a brain dead person.
I do not pretend to know when the soul goes to God but my faith tells me that her soul is still with her.

She has brain function. It has been confirmed. The only people say Terri DOESN'T have brain function are hubby's attorney and his employees.

And, according to what you wrote, which was The Lord has already taken her. We are keeping an organism alive only at this time. then The Lord hasn't taken her yet. You have stated it, but you do not understand.
To: CindyDawg
She's a fighter. One only needs about 1/8 of one's kidneys.

>>>Help, Jeb.
This is beyond his power. There needs to be a private investigation into Felos, Schiavo, Greer and that hospice. Then civil action or charges should be filed. We can't bring this back to the Gov. What Schiavo did was not illegal. Just spiteful.

Mercifully allowed to die? Starvation as mercy? That's not being allowed to die, that's actively participating in the killing of another. She wasn't dying until they tried to kill her.

There's a report they took away the hydration and feeding? They should be arrested and charged with attempted murder. If true, they should be. Actually, a little birdie needs to remind them that attempted murder doesn't get the Needle, but Murder in the First Degree does.
