Randall Terry was on Joseph Farah's radio program the past hour. He was optimistic. He said that if the new guardian opposes rehabilitation therapy, then nothing can change. He said M. Schiavo must be removed as guardian, as anyone should be able to see. Farah noted that many in the intellectual class are coming to the active defense of the Schiavo-Felos-Greer triumvirate on false "separation of powers" grounds. These people see the legislature and governor as "political" but not the courts, which they see as "legal."
What new guardian> What is he talking about? Do you know? Are Terri's parents with her today>?

"Another thing that won't leave my mind is why can't a group of citizens there petition the court for a change in guardianship?" This seems reasonable to me. Is there an attorney that anyone knows of with the jurisdiction to practice law in Florida but who could accept clients as a group from other states who might represent us? I don't know how that works.

I don't know. I have thought of this all day long. Maybe I am obsessive or something but I just think it can work. As a mater of fact, it can be requested in an informal letter to the court. Now, if we could get a group of Floridians together as they would have a vested interest in the court's ruling as it would affect a fellow citizen and a lwyer who could explain the ins and outs...

"I want to send him Carla Iyer's affidavit. SO he cannot plead lack of knowledge" I also sent that to the head of the hospice.

The Schindler family needs to hire an attorney from The Million Dollar Advocates Forum - the best in the country.

Floriduh voter, gear up for battle. Dearly beloved thinks the public is on his side. He needs to know better, and there are four days to do it.

Dear gentle soul,
we are not powerless. We have proven that. Emails & letters may not seem much, but believe me, people are reading & paying attention. They are also aware of the hundreds (if not thousands) of phone calls.
And...someone else is obviously listening. Someone more powerful than any of us. Take heart.

Deb

Keep us posted with whatever you come up with. I think it is a good idea if it is doable. What have we got to lose. I'm afraid I am not well-versed in legal matters though. Maybe I will try giving parsifal a call and ask his opinion.
Dog, see some of PNM's posts and see what you think. Could this work?

CYN WROTE: "Felos said earlier that the woman was quietly dying after the tube was removed, that her heartbeat had become irregular and her kidneys were shutting down, and that it was "simply inhumane and barbaric to interrupt her death process."
I AM RESPONDING: "No, FeloASS, it is 'inhumane and barbaric' to CAUSE the death process!!!!!!!!!

"Why not just be patient and wait? What is his motive? Why does he keep bringing it up that the feeding tube should be removed if she's going to die soon anyway?"
Right out of Napoleon Hill's book, "Think and Grow Rich." It's a red hot desire to obtain wealth. I had that once. I was not a better man for it. But I never wanted anyone dead for my own profit. This guy is wa.....ay out there.

The ultimate target, in my opinion, is going to be the Hospice organization, itself. Seems to me that one of the suits against Hospice, from the Schindlers, would be false imprisonment. Failure to supervise ... there must be a bazillion things because it's been going on for three years. Michael may be the Guardian from Hell, but Hospice is responsible for running its own house, without influence from others. This is Federal as well as State. I wouldn't worry about Felos and his suits. In the meantime, I'm convinced the Guardian from Hell needs FReeping, but I leave that to those with Vigil experience.
My two signs would be: HER CRIME: DISABILITY
HER PUNISHMENT: DEATH

Farah attacked Sen. John Warner, R-VA, as having been in office too long He had been there too long when he attacked Ollie North and helped elect a fellow Democrat(He being a RINO) to the Senate. Of course he had a little help from Nancy Reagan too.
