Since I am on a high considering the partial birth abortion vote and Terri getting her tube put back in. I am beginning to believe in miracles again.
Since I am thinking about things I would never believe could happen , what about some cuts in the federal budget that we thought could only happen in our fantasy world.
My first to places to cut out entirely would be any and all funding for NPR, Amtrack, and The fund for the arts. Either they are self sufficient by the end of the fiscal year or all assetts are sold off.
