Greetings,

Everyone wants to help Terri. We thought we were done but guess what? We're not.

At this point, what can we do? We can pray for Terri's recovery and for her wonderful family and friends (which includes you).

Bwaaaaak! Even my little chicks are mother hens for Terri. My 8, 10, and 12-year-old sons ask for the latest updates throughout the day, and they pray for her safety and protection, as well. Thanks for the call to arms. Cluck-cluck!

Manna, I was chuckling when I posted to you, and I'm sorry if my words or tone conveyed otherwise. Really, I am. I missed your name in the thread, but I'm taking every opportunity this morning to post to encourage other FReepers to keep fighting and praying.

Terri looked worse last night after she was transported back to Hospice. If Morton Plant Hospital did the bare minimum for Terri, we have folks handling those concerns.

Please help bump this to the top. I blew out my trapezius muscles typing too much last night and need to take a break from the internet.

I appreciate anything you can do to keep this thread going. We still don't know Terri's medical condition. Thank you, FV

TERRI SCHIAVO MISSING - REMOVED FROM HOSPITAL W/O FAMILY'S CONSENT [Update: She's back at Hospice] ^

As of now, and when medical care was most needed, Michael Schiavo is still making all the decisions.

Terri looks worse today than she did before being moved to the Hospital and back to the hospice.

Please contact others and ask why, during the 5 days BOTH sides have to come up with a guardian, is the side fighting to save Terri not allowed a say in her medical treatment, please!

So what happens when these patients need further care, eg, dialysis that cannot be given there? Then they would be transported to hospital or other facilityIF this is what had been requested and agreed upon by the primary care physician AND THE GUARDIAN.

Michael and the physician will not do this. I believe this is it. Unless Terri is removed right now. Gov. Bush, are you listening?

I'm praying for Terri.

The USA Today article in today's (Thurs) paper upset me, by having a specialist refer to her as being "in a vegetative state". Hey, expert! Vegetate means to be like a stone. Why call "vegetative" someone who goes into sleep and waking cycles and whose eyes move and react and who had tears in her eyes when told that the State was going to kill her?
