Not a chance of that happening. He is undoubtedly covering up some kind of crime. And of course he wants the $50,000 left in the "therapy" fund.

It's almost like Bush needs to have Terri flown to AL. It looks like the FL courts are bound to kill Terri one way or another. Another legacy of Lawton Chiles?

I thought the Governor was responsible for assigning a guardian, so why did the Schindlers go to court to request one (and why were they denied and by what judge, for that matter), and why hasn't he/she been appointed by Jeb?

These are the questions that need answering. I suspect that we don't yet have the answers here. It is certain that the courts will be ask to overrule the new state law, and Terri will be back in danger again. So Bush should consider flying her to Mobile to get her out of the jurisdiction of the FL state courts.

Does Florida have a Son of Sam law prohibiting profiting from a book one writes on a crime one has committed?

The longer Michael and Felos fight this fight the more I am convinced they're desperate for some reason unknown to us right now. Otherwise, they'd just give up the fight and walk away!

If and when the truth comes out, I suspect both of them stand to spend several years in prison for their nasty deeds - which will soon be revealed. Come on, AG Ashcroft!

I bet you're right. There probably will be fraudulent use of the funds by both the attorney and husband. People like Michael S. shop around until they find an unscrupulous attorney willing to drain assets from an estate.

They didn't expect to get caught. They were able to keep Terri's parent out of their business by banning them from seeing Terri whenever they asked questions. Now the nation's attention is on this case. We need to keep the pressure up.

That is what Judge Andrew Napolitano just said on Fox News.

He said the FL legislature was out of line, upset the balance of power (more like it attempted to bring it back in line), and that the FL supreme ct will undoubtedly reverse it. Then the feeding tube will be taken out again for the fourth time. "In & out, in & out, in & out" he said.

Napolitano remains ignorant on what the REAL problem is -- that she is NOT in a coma, injustice has been done, she needs an advocate.

I agree... But I must admit his opinion gave me cold chills. I certainly hope Napolitano is WRONG! Maybe the Shindlers can get the goods on that lying husband and his goofy lawyer before it goes to a higher court as bizarre as the FL Supreme Ct!

I missed seeing that on Fox. But about the Florida judges... I'm starting to think all of the judges in that county are crooked. I did a search on the chief judge, David Demers who is supposed to be appointing Terri's guardian ad litem, and I found some stuff about scandals with a judge in that county, and the other judges brushing it aside, etc. here's an article.

because as of 4/1/03 per the HIPPA privicy laws, if you or your next of kin do not ok visitors/medical information to be given out about NONE can be released or any one can know about your care nor can anyone visit you.
