Thank you. Until we know for sure, and because we know by experience what they're willing to do - and because Terri's still in the same area with the same people who ignored all the stories for 13 years...continued e-mail and prayer is reasonable.

Remove the husband as Terri's legal guardian. Step in the right direction. Dear Lord, we pray that the decision is upheld and that the feeding tube is reinserted.
I read the MSNBC story on their website, it makes it sound like Jeb Bush's action is unconstitutional and overstepping of his bounds, I just wanted to puke. From now on, I am tuning out the mainstream media. Godless pukes.

I want to hear it from her families own mouths
That 830 meeting better fix this!
From
http://www.terrisfight.org/lead.htm Today, October 21, 2003, the Florida Legislature and House passed bill 35E - Terri's Bill - into law.
This law allowed Florida's Governor, Jeb Bush, to issue an Executive Order allowing nutrition and hydration to be returned to the disabled Florida woman.
Terri had been without nutrition and hydration for more than 6 days.
She has been transported to Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater.
At 8.30 PM, a hearing is scheduled via telephone to Judge Baird of Pinellas County, Florida as Terri's husband attempts to obtain an emergency injunction against this action and sue the Governor of the State of Florida. We will keep you posted.

This clip from the latest AP wire report... The woman was taken by ambulance later Tuesday from the hospice where she had gone without food or water for six days. Brian if this is true (if the AP has it right), then we do have a minor miracle tonight.

And the slimey lawyer has sent letters to all the hospitals and nursing facilities in the area threatening to sue any that follows the order. These people are evil! Or that can be in violation of a State Law
Question is .. which are they more afraid of

What're you, kidding? These are people who can look at the Bill of Rights and see "right to abortion" and "separation of church and state" but not "right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed." These are folks who can read Marx and see heaven, read Rand and see hell. They can read Buckley and see idiocy, read Garofalo and see genius. They see justice in suicide bombing, and oppression in a protective wall. They see art in pornography, and oppression and hegemony in Hawthorne. They see humanity in Mumia but not in a newborn baby. They romanticize squalor and keen in anguish over a WalMart. Can you really be surprised by this?? ".GEE wiz...that's a "keeper".

Yes, Cal, earlier reports were that she was transported to the hospital from the hospice. This thread is that supporters at the vigil are being told that the hospital is refusing to hydrate her.

This situation is tearing my heart out, and I am a thousand miles away from all of this, and not related in any way.
God help the USA when we have come to this lowlife attitude about life! May God look down on Teri and show his love and his mercy toward her. May God give her strength to endure, and her parents as well. This is hard on me, so what is it doing to them?

I'm with you and Petronski. The police were supposed to deliver the order to the health care professionals to begin immediately rehydrating Terri. Where are they?

Um, I would say that the threat of a lawsuit is more frightening to them. It's all about the $$$.

Morton Plant Mease Health Care is dedicated to improving the community's health-The "community" doesn't have health. Individuals have health. Unless, of course, they mean that the community is "collectively" healthier when the unfit are culled...
-and meeting its health care needs. They are a not-for-profit health care system ...
Uh oh.
