Since when is wanting to live a violation of the Constitution when you have done nothing wrong? It's clear enough to me that her husband wants to murder her and get on with his life with another woman and two illegitmate kids but I believe her parents know their daughter well. They believe their daughter ants to live. It sure looks that way in the videos. She's been without food and water for nearly 7 days and still alive - IF that alone doesn't suggest a strong will to live, I don't know what does.

"Merryday wrote that federal courts _ other than the U.S. Supreme Court _ are forbidden from interjecting themselves into matters already decided by state courts. He also said the group failed to provide enough evidence to support its request."
How could anyone prove anything when they are forbidden to investigate and this jerl covers his ass by telling othe courts to but out? There is a line of comradary amongst the courts, atleast in Florida - recall G.W.'s election for President. Florida appears to have a very LEFT leaning and heartless legal system in place. Some of these judges need to go.
