Kids are kids no matter where they are. Candy and toys(!) doesn't get any better than that for a kid.
This kind of thing is doing so much good to win this war thrust upon us.

Kids are kids no matter where they are.You are so right, Valin. Iraq's future depends on the kids. I suspect they will remember every piece of candy and each toy and where it came from. The things they have surely been taught about the "Americans" must have come under serious questioning, now that they are meeting they personally.
