[history]
Two Democratic presidential candidates speaking before an Arab-American audience yesterday called on the Bush administration to dismiss a high-ranking Army official for claiming that Muslims did not worship a "real God."
Senators John F. Kerry of Massachusetts and Joseph I. Lieberman of Connecticut condemned the words of Lieutenant General William Boykin, the officer leading the hunt for Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. Boykin told evangelical Christian audiences that God was on the side of America's war on terrorism and said that Muslims worship an "idol." The comments were made public in a report aired on NBC News this week.

Boykin told evangelical Christian audiences that God was on the side of America's war on terrorismThus apparently contradicting the idiot Falwell who told us God lifted His protective veil on 9/11.

"The war on terror is a war on terrorists not religion."
Why then are all the terrorists of the same religion, Mr Kerry?

There is war because people will not accept the truth, that's all it ever is about.
And we all know who claimed to be THE TRUTH.

We can burn the American flag because it's free speech. We can critisize our leaders on foreign soil because it's free speech. We can have TV programming that borders on porn, because it's free speech. These same defenders of free speech now want General William Boykin's head on a platter because he exercised free speech. Do these freaks really expect us to take them seriously?

A religion, by the way, that teaches its adherents to kill everyone who isn't of the same religion. That means you, too, Ketchup Boy.
To: RJCogburn
called Boykin's words "un-American"... No freedom of speech in the liberals' "utopia".

The same idiots that complain about the evil Patriot Act encouraging violating the privacy of Mosques where certain Muslim terrorists congregate, the same idiots who ignore these same "religious" organizations that place moles at Gitmo and the same morons that search Grandmas at airports rather than those that fit a terrorist profile have no compunction about invading Christian churches in search of phantom enemies.
Signed,
A Christian Soldier.

Representative Dennis J. Kucinich of Ohio received loud cheers...Now, there is an idiot.
The people of Ohio should be ashamed for putting this damn doofus in office.
The problem with all these idiots (Kerry, Lieberman, Kucinich, Dean, etc) is that they will bend with the wind.
If it's blowing for the good of the Islam dummies, then so be it, they'll bend that way.
Lieberman should be ashamed for his wishy-washy BS.
No matter though, none of these bozos are gonna be elected.
But they damn sure make the US look stupid on the world scene.

NBC News had its second or third hit piece on General Boykin last night. Here's hoping W will not cave in...

That was my understanding, too. Apparently, the military is not currently allowed to attend church, lest it seem they are practicing Christians to the watchful eyes of the Muslim community. And if they do, Heaven help them if the actually say something, particularly if it's in any way an expression of their faith.

Absolutly no one cares what Kerry and Leiberman think or say, with the exception of Kerry and Leiberman. [and a very few fans?]
Neither will be "the last man standing" in the Dims presidential election circus bid, and will be regulated to their place of prominence [minority senators] in 2004.

I hope not either.
The way things seem to be going now........who knows WHAT anyone of them are going to do.
I want the Republican Party to STAND.
Just simply STAND for what they were voted in to do!!!
First thing off the bat.........STAND against the DEMs liberal agenda!!!
To: RJCogburn
Then I trust they won't care when they are silenced for speaking up for their own faith.
To: anniegetyourgun
thank GOD we have officers like that. LtGEN Boykin's rating with me just rose. and just to think if the liberals were not bitching about it I wouldnt know about it.
