FREEP JEB BUSH for TERRI SCHINDLER-SCHIAVO
http://www.Terrisfight.org | Friday, 10-17-03 | floriduh voter

Posted on 10/17/2003 2:59:38 PM PDT by freeparoundtheclock

FREEPERS, I have taken a break from Terri's 24/7 Vigil to ask for your participation in the next phase of trying to save Terri's life while we wait for good news.

I have not received the Governor's Itinerary for the following week yet from myflorida.com.

We are asking Floridians and out-of-staters to freep the Governor's Mansion in Tallahassee.

If you need ideas for signs, it's basically urging Governor Bush to issue an executive order to stay Terri's starvation.

At this time, the Florida Supremes are reviewing filings today by Terri's counsel.

We need northern Florida to freep Jeb Bush STAT whether he's there or not.

Finally, if anyone receives Jeb's schedule in their e-newsletter, please post it here so we can hold Terri vigils in whatever town Jeb is in.

Sorry, I can't be more informative at this time. I'm sunburn and tired and this request has come from Terri's team. Thank you in advance. Floriduh Voter

Latest from Bay9News:

Schindler family's emergency lawsuit struck down

Friday, October 17th

News Image
Mary Schindler continues to fight for her daughter's life.
A circuit court judge has denied a desperate effort by the parents of a disabled Pinellas Park woman to reinsert a feeding tube that was disconnected by her husband.

Supporters of Bob and Mary Schindler said a writ of mandamus would have directed Governor Jeb Bush to intervene in the case of Terri Schiavo.

But Leon County Circuit Court Judge Jonathan Sjostrom quickly rejected the writ after it was filed in Tallahassee. The Schindlers then appealed the rejection to the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, but that was also denied.

The Schindlers' next step is an appeal to the Florida Supreme Court, which has already denied them three times....

Still nothing from the FSC. See e-mail addees, previous post.

It's Saturday. The Fla Supremes are still working on this. Either they are writing a flowery denial or figuring out the ramifications if they side with Terri.

On Terri's side is that the entire world knows about her now. The State of Florida is going to face an economic and political crisis if nobody in Florida saves Terri.

Boycotting Florida is already on the table. Orlando is going to be hit hard if Terri loses her fight. COUNT ON IT.

Please visit Terri's web site (tag line) and provide them with the information in your post re: Larry Klayman. So many people are helping Terri that sometimes nobody at the Vigil gets word until the actual person shows up with their staffer or entourage.

PLEASE email Terri's pr people or her attorney Pat Anderson instead of the family members for obvious reasons.

The disruptors may be straight from Howard Dean's camp. He's the only pro-euthanasia candidate and he has the atheistic and wiccan vote locked up.

Since you are from Tennessee, please do me a favor and contact Senator Frist. Is he the majority leader of the Senate or am I hallucinating again? SENATOR FRIST NEEDS TO START GETTING SOME WELL WRITTEN EMAILS AND CONVINCING PHONE CALLS. Thanks in advance.

In 1998, a woman went to Judge Greer requesting a Restraining Order because she feared for her life. Judge Greer refused to issue the Restraining Order. The woman was murdered two weeks later - stabbed to death. Greer has killed a woman before. His response when he learned the news was something like "Well, I don't have a crystal ball." Interesting that in 1998, we have allegations that he violated two campaign laws. If those allegations were proven to be true, he goes to jail, has to return his pay and is out of the Fla. Bar and thrown off the bench.

I wouldn't recommend calling the elections supervisor because they HAVE A SHREDDER.

Or they're waiting for her to die so they can declare it a moot issue.

The insurance company for the malpractice case is conveniently out of business.

His response when he learned the news was something like "Well, I don't have a crystal ball."

He doesn't have to look into a crystal ball

What he should be looking into are the facts of a case .. something that he has a bad habit of ignoring

I haven't had time to read posts to me. It's best to send any links to the webmaster or PR people at terrisfight.org. They have their computers at the ready. Thanks.

I hope you're wrong but as far as I know, they don't have anyone at the Hospice location to advise them re: Terri's condition (unless it's hubby's attorney who we all know is a serious scumbag).

If I am not mistaken the former officers of the company can still be sought, investigated and charged if there is evidence of fraud. Shutting the company down does not make the illegal activities go away.

Bless you for being there.

Does the insurance company and michael's girlfriend have the same name?
What would be the connection here?

Heavenly Father, the activity still swirls around beloved Terri ~ I pray that You would keep her strong, physically and spiritually, while each avenue leading to her rescue is followed. Father, pierce the hearts of the Florida Justices ~ they seem to be the earthly court of last resort. Cause them to act on behalf of Terri ~ really, on behalf of any who would be less than perfect ... Father, cause them to render righteousness to all of us, for all of us are less than perfect.

There is still time, O Lord, for the merchants of death to repent, and relent. I earnestly pray that they do so ... may there be restlessness and fear and dread in the lives of Terri's husband and his attorneys and the judges who have rendered this murderous verdict. Vengeance is Yours, Lord ... surely You will repay ... thank You for being our Righteous Judge. May there be repentance before this mother's child slips away, I pray.

Lord, rescue this dear child from this pit of evil, that she might live. Please, Creator God, in the name of Your Son, Jesus ... Amen

I wish I knew more, also. I have to believe, though, that Jeb Bush would take any action he could. He does not strike me as the type to turn the way on something like this.

Prayers for Teri,

LVM

The husband committed the insurance fraud, not the insurance company. He probably put them out of business when he got 1.3 mil to pay for Terri's rehabilitation which never took place. Judge Greer okayed Terri's mistreatment and neglect. We need more dirt on Judge Greer, if there's a way to find it.

I remain in agreement Father. Amen...

Pegita, I was reading late last night in the book of Isaiah. I read where the people's cries of "Holy, Holy. Holy" unto God literally shook the doorposts of the building that they were in. May our prayers result in a literal shaking of the doorposts to the Florida courts, the Hospice where Terri is, the homes of Michael Schiavo, George Felos, and Judge Greer. May this shaking also reach the Governor's mansion and his heart. May they also render a spiritual shaking in the hearts of these people as well.

If we could all be in unity with our prayers. Let's drop the anger, hate and malice ( repent if we must so that our hearts and hands are clean before Him ) and submit Terri before God as intercessors on her behalf. It is not too late. If we can move our eyes off of the circumstances and place them on God.....

I was thinking along the lines of the Centonze connection, although that has not been "confirmed".
