In 1998, a woman went to Judge Greer requesting a Restraining Order because she feared for her life. Judge Greer refused to issue the Restraining Order. The woman was murdered two weeks later - stabbed to death. Greer has killed a woman before. His response when he learned the news was something like "Well, I don't have a crystal ball." Interesting that in 1998, we have allegations that he violated two campaign laws. If those allegations were proven to be true, he goes to jail, has to return his pay and is out of the Fla. Bar and thrown off the bench.

I wouldn't recommend calling the elections supervisor because they HAVE A SHREDDER.

He doesn't have to look into a crystal ball

What he should be looking into are the facts of a case .. something that he has a bad habit of ignoring
