Posted on 10/16/2003 9:46:46 AM PDT by pollywog

I chose to put this on Breaking News because it just came on as Breaking NEWS on her website. PLEASE ,PLEASE go to the website http://www.terrisfight.org and read the letters that have just been sent to Jeb Bush in regards to the Terri Schiavo case. JEB BUSH can LEGALLY STOP THIS. CALL his office, CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES, CALL and email the media.THE CLOCK is ticking to save her life.

Sorry if this post isn't " polished" and " refined" but I am not a seasoned " poster" here on FR.

The following sentence proves you are but a prick, a little prick, a joke [HINT: prick = a minor thorn, only a nuisance] ...

Could you cite the Florida statute that gives the Thomas More Law Center plenipotentiary authority to interpret Flordia state law and indeminfies anyone against criminal charges if they act on that interpretation? By what authority do you question my assertions? ... Get the picture poopoo?

In either case, you HAVE read the Preamble. We are endowed by OUR CREATOR with the right to LIFE, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, right?

That isn't in the Preamble, that's the Declaration of Independence.

Or is that only for those who are more equal than others?

Nope. But to demand that others risk prison to do your bidding is not courageous.

PS. If it is alright for a governor to overturn the death sentences of convicted murderers, why can't the death sentence of an innocent be overturned?

Because Florida state law makes no provision for such a thing?

No, you wouldn't, or you'd already be doing it now.

And take whatever's coming.

Sure. Just like you're bravely defying the law instead of posting on Free Republic.

If you lack the scrotal resources necessary to break the law yourself, don't demand that others do so for you.

Then they shouldn't have provisions for the murders of innocents. What kind of insanity is running through this *Alice Through the Looking Glass,* upside down, inside out world?

'Scuse the misspeak with the Declaration. I am getting more upset as the moments go by, ya know?

As I pointed out earlier, the complaint isn't with the judge, it's with the Floriduh Legislature.

Welcome to the end result of 40 years of liberal extremism.

I'm a tad far away, but have been in close situations like this before. Please do not assume. You know what they say.

I hear lots of chest-thumping.

I see zero action.

I hear lots of excuses for the lack of action.

I'm not impressed.

Uh, sh*thead, just what law would Jeb Bush be violating if he instructed his State's Atty to start an immediate criminal investigation while simultaneously taking Terri from the death house for safety? [That you Paul? Paul Bagala? Bwahahahaha]

You get carried away by emotion, and you are carried away in this case.

Starting a criminal investigation would not vacate the judge's ruling. And he has no basis in law for overruling the judge's ruling in any case.

If he did, he would have done something by now.

What do you think of the Thomas Moore Law Center for credentials

Im not familiar with them. How do they differ from Larry Klaman and his associated shysters? What are they known for? And by the way I didnt ask for their credentials I asked for the poster who was so accepting of any blather put out by the parents.

Among other things, the fact that this thing's been going on for years and years. There's been lots of rumors of criminality offered, but nobody's actually stuck it on the line and sworn out a criminal complaint. Gosh, maybe there's no probable cause for a criminal investigation.

Bottom line, hotshot: let's see you lead by example. You want to rescue Terri? Then do it yourself, and take whatever consequences come. You don't have the guts to do it? Then don't demand that others be braver than you are.

Maybe you are the one to answer the question I asked earlier about whether the Catholic Church could grant this girl special dispensation for an annullment which might at least give her parents a fighting chance.
Jamaicans get to smoke pot for religious reasons. Indigenous peoples here get to do many things for Tribal and religious reasons.
Couldn't the Church take a very strong stand here?

Which *LAW,* PoohBah? G-d's or man's? In either case, you HAVE read the Preamble. We are endowed by OUR CREATOR with the right to LIFE, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, right? Or is that only for those who are more equal than others

The declaration of independence was a revolutinary document and doesnt carry any weight of law. The constitution is the basis of our laws.

BTW, God's law doesnt trump state law.

It wouldn't affect the civil marriage--and that's the one that counts in court.
