Which *LAW,* PoohBah? G-d's or man's? In either case, you HAVE read the Preamble. We are endowed by OUR CREATOR with the right to LIFE, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, right? Or is that only for those who are more equal than others The declaration of independence was a revolutinary document and doesnt carry any weight of law. The constitution is the basis of our laws.
BTW, God's law doesnt trump state law.
