And here:
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/printer-friendly.asp?ARTICLE_ID=29644 From Nov. 2002, a WND article
At this point, however, the medical fund is nearly tapped. According to court records, Felos has filed a series of petitions seeking reimbursement for attorney fees totaling $358,434. In July of 1998, shortly after Felos filed Schiavo's motion to remove the feeding tube, the total in the fund was $718,000. As of last month, $110,000 remained.

I will call, as I cannot refuse so many who are of the like opinion.
There is certainly no need to rush to eleiminate Terri until all issues have been resolved.

Fine. URL?
Some have suggested this is still in the courts. Supreme court, to be specific. Are there any out here with copies of those court rulings.
I'm not talking about news paper articles, I'm speaking of the court documents.

I believe it was "resolved" with Terri's feeding tube being restored after it had been removed for 60 hours.
But don't quote me on that ;-)
Here's an interview from Hannity & Colmes this past August:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,94748,00.html And like *both* Sean Hannity and Alan Colmes, I prefer to err on the side of life. Just for the record.

He/she asks some good questions but IMO now isn't the time and it's a distraction. Someone is dieing. IMO we should stay focused and work to help Terri. The other stuff can be (and should be) debated later.
To: G.Mason
Just to clarify, the supreme court quote was made in 1991. AFAIK, the most recent appeal outside FL was shot down. I do not have a ready source for that, although I'm sure it's buried in some of these many thousands of posts.

Please email
jeb.bush@myflorida.com with Terri in the subject line. I got a response from his office which said that there is a lot of volume--at least his staffers will be able to tell the nature of the email this way.
I put "Help Terri with Executive Order" in my subject so it is very clear what my email contains.

I certainly would, and do agree with that.
It was my understanding that the courts had resolved this issue.
I am apparently wrong in that assumption.

I couldn't agree more. If anyone has any questions about the merits of Terri's fight, they can easily research the countless links on FR and on her website.
In the meantime, we have more important work to do!
