I posted this on the long thread, but am repeating it here, because I haven't heard anyone mention this before now.

Earlier watching OReilly, the atty for the Schindlers was on with Terri's brother.

The atty said that every option seems to be exhausted.

But she said something I had not heard elsewhere, that there is a Florida statute that states that food cannot be withheld from a disabled adult.

I hope someone is moving on this.

If so, I hope someone is moving on it too and would ALSO like to know if Greer will be held accountable for "overlooking" this statute by the voters of not the Judicial Advisory and Review Board.

It sounds like the law according to Schiavo does not recognize this FL statute. Is Schiavo some kind of legal potentate in FL?

Here is another Florida statute that I find they have ignored
765.309 Mercy killing or euthanasia not authorized; suicide distinguished.--
(1) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to condone, authorize, or approve mercy killing or euthanasia, or to permit any affirmative or deliberate act or omission to end life other than to permit the natural process of dying.
