Let's Get Some Runs!
To: steveegg
Now LET'S GET SOME RUNS!!!!!
Strikeout #3 for Prior gets the Cubs out of the inning. No runs, no hits, 1 left. After 3 1/2, it's still 1-0, Cubs.

Prior walks one and then a strikeout. He's hot now.

Methinks you're about 4 innings early for that sentiment, but I'm greedy :-)

The broom wouldn't have gotten her to La-La Land in time that day; besides, she likes to stick it to the taxpayers whenever she can.

I love daytime playoff baseball, reminds me of when I was a kid and the teachers would wheel the TV in from the Audio Visual room to watch the Yankees play.. Hmmm... sure wish I had had teachers like that! :-)

I could go for a beer in a cup and a stale hot dog...
Anybody going?

Don't forget the Frosty Malt.

Another hit for Ramirez... He and Lofton are neck-and-neck for MVP of this series. JMHO.

Mmm, beer.
Ramirez singles, then Sausage-Whacker grounds into a double-play. 2 gone in the Cub 4th.
