I don't watch MNF openings anymore. Hank Williams and gangsta rap? Speaking of bad trips.

Jerry Reuss. I watched him strike out Canseco four times in 1988.

I love it - don't run against the Yanks!

And Posada has an average arm, statistically. He's not exactly Pudge Rodriguez. I think Damon is their only real speed on the bases.

Grady Little shouldn't be a major league manager.

Well, they could always rehire Zimmer, he's right across the diamond.

What is one to do when one doesn't want either team to win??? I've always been a Yankee hater. All of my 72 years. After living for some years in Massachusetts I also became a Red Sox hater. What is one to do, other than root for the Cubs? A pox on both of their houses.

I am in the same boat you are, I hate them both.

I would have an easier time picking a side in a CNN / NYTimes softball game.

Go for the Cubs because out of all places Chicago is the only place where you can smoke a cigarette in bar when you celebrate

Those boys can't run.

Hell, they all look a hamburger away from David Wells.

Wicked fastball on the inside corner to end the inning.

Lots of strikeouts in this game. Five for Mussina, at least three for Wakefield.

5 K's for Mussina. Not the same pitcher as the other night. I guess Torre knew something that we didn't Mojo.

Sometimes not even that far...

It's really a national telecast-wide problem. I do the same for Patriots games. Unbearable how these clowns think the show's about them. Just SHUT UP McCarver. Quiet!

Someone on Boston radio had a great idea: Throw out McCarver let Jerry Remy (Red Sox color guy) do color for the Fenway games, and whoever the Yankees guy is do the games in NY.

rehire Zimmer,

Well when they sign Torre, he'll bring Zimmer with him. OMG, can you imagine?
