OH Thank you for a thread I can rant on.

I've only live in JAX for just about 3 yrs., but what I know of Glover is enough to know he would not make good mayor in this city. His campaign adds on the radio were a good Laugh, building overpass @ busy intersections so people wouldn't have to sit in traffic. HA! what a joke.

There is no chance Glover will win He only got 29%(I think) of the run off votes while the other 3 Republican candidates got about 20% each. So I think the same 29% are going to vote for Glover while the other 71% vote for Payton.

But it would have been nice if Payton would learn the words to "Take me out to the ball game" before he tries to sing it again. I saw him at the SUNS game days before the election trying to sing it @ the 7th inning stretch.
