Since this is a runoff, the new CFR regs do not apply, as it is an extension of the election on Nov 7. The old "soft" money rules apply.

I'm trying to talk the Wife into a Thanksgiving trip to Baton Rouge. The hotels attached to the casino's have cheap rates and Hilton garden Inn and the business suite hotels are running specials that weekend. Isnt Baton Rouge Livingstones old district?

Since I live in Kali with Chi Fi Frankenstein and Babbling Bit$h Boxer as my sinators (not miss spelled). I owe a debt to other Americans to help elect a good conservative to the Senate to counter these two awful and vile creatures.

Does that mean that there will be no multi-candidate general elections in the future. Like this one with 3 republicans?
Have the rules been changed to prevent this in the future?

I'm not from Louisiana though my mother has lots of family there. I'm not sure if Bob Livingston's district reached all the way to Baton Rouge, but he was from Metairie just outside New Orleans.

Babbling Bit$h Boxer is up next!

On that election we will need contributions from conservatives across America to defeat her and her illegal voters here in Kalifornicator Davis Land!

They might could use us in Lake Charles or Lafayette, perhaps freeing up locals for New Orleans. Bound to be something we could do.

I agree. I have an idea for us. Comments please.

Since we don't know regarding legality of out-of-state poll watchers, that may not be an option. I will defer to the experts. I would presume election clerk/judging is also out for us.

I assume that we are going to drive to Louisiana. Perhaps we can use them as "GOP GET THEM TO THE POLL CARS" in the western part of Louisiana. One/Two takes Lake Charles, one/two takes Lafayete, etc. I let the experts choose the locations where assistance is best.

If we decide to do something, Count me in.

Seriously, I'm not talking about needing Breaux and Miller as much as I am talking about Dem needing US!!

My sentiments exactly. Both Breaux and Miller are DINO's, but truth be known, they could probably be re-elected even running in the newly formed Bent Willie Party(gypsies, tramps, traitors, liars, and thieves)! That doesn't change the fact that they would both be more at home as Pubbies and would certainly gain the respect and admiration of Pubbies everywhere, since it takes a good deal of courage(jumpin' Jeffords excepted) to make such a switch. They would both be giving up life long associations.

In any case, you may have called it earlier Mud; if Miller bolts, Breaux will soon follow IMO. I don't see Breaux bolting first, so our most determined efforts should continue to be directed towards Miller.

Gotta get a couple heathens(little people) to lay down fer a spell; will return later.
