MACKINAC ISLAND -- Attorney General Jennifer Granholm arrived with an economic plan, favorable polls and a history of impressing the influential gathered for the Detroit Regional Chamber annual Mackinac conference.

As a Democratic candidate for governor, though, she also came with a target on her back.
