The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is reportedly preparing to discipline border agents who were falsely accused of having ‘whipped’ Haitian illegal immigrants for “administrative violations.”
The reports of coming administrative punishment comes despite the agents having been cleared of any criminal wrongdoing. Not to mention the photographic evidence indicating they had done nothing wrong during the incident.
Fox News is reporting that an announcement on the disciplinary actions for the border agents will be incoming soon.

Apologizing or admitting mistakes, is a sign of weakness, and the Biden administration will never admit being wrong.
This is one instance where union protections against arbitrary punishment would be handy - but such protections should NOT be necessary against a law enforcement agency.
It would be interesting to ask Biden who pushed this issue (it’s not him or Harris). I doubt if anyone in Homeland Security wants to get deeper into this mess....so who on the WH staff is the guilty party?
This is not the first time the Dept. of Just-us has prosecuted Border Patrol Agents for doing their job. Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean were prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned by the Bush ll administration for shooting a drug smuggler,who actually took a shot at them.
Why anyone would do that job is beyond me. And another reason, I try to always pay for any BP Agent’s meal when I see any of them in a restaurant.
Gonna lose some border agents [not just the ones who are being accused of “administrative violations”.]
Gonna also be sued bigly.
They are cleared of any wrongdoing for just doing the job they were trained to do. And now they will be punished by those who trained them. SMFH.

Destroying the U.S. Border Patrol and leaving it feckless is one of the goals of the traitorous Demonicrats and the DeepStaters. In the meantime, the DeepState traitors in the military are forcing the celebration of Pride Month on soldiers sailors, and Marines.
Since the image was one of an American icon - a white manly man on a horse in a cowboy hat, beating a poor benighted black man on foot - I’d suspect it was one of the androgynous Obama freaks still infesting the WH.
They were doing their jobs and it appears to me that they were doing a good job considering they were outnumbered 100-1. This administration is quite radical. They hate America.
These folks cant comprehend the optics of punishing law enforcement for things they’ve been officially cleared of. This just signifies how deviously symbiotic the relationship between the the leftist media and the leftist administration is. The media makes up the story, the administration backs it up and vice versa. It’s perverted.
Seems to me that there has to be some community organizing happening on the border. There has to be enough Texans with horses willing to hold the line in defense and protest of what is happening to these agents. The lack of concern, is what will eventually take us all down.
Attributes all of the Biden family and this administration are utterly lacking in. Biden's administration would make some banana republic junta look like a bunch of Boy Scouts.
