Mark Levin: Biden Tried Using ‘Same Stunts’ He Used On Paul Ryan In 2012. Trump Made Sure It Didn’t Work.
The Daily Wire ^ | 9/30/2020 | Hank Berrien

Posted on 09/30/2020 9:10:35 AM PDT by Zenyatta

On Wednesday, Fox News host Mark Levin sounded off on Facebook regarding Tuesday’s presidential debate, pointing out that former Vice President Joe Biden assayed using the same gestures against President Trump that he used against 2012 GOP vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan, but Trump “would have none of it.”

Levin recalled the vice-presidential debate between Biden and Ryan, in which Ryan ignored Biden’s histrionics and eschewed harshly attacking him, writing, “Biden pulled the same stunts on the president as he pulled on Paul Ryan eight years earlier, but Trump would have none of it. Biden was making faces, rolling his eyes, interrupting the president with laughs and jabs, and was long-winded, which the moderator allowed to a ridiculous level.”

Good analogy. Trump is ‘the Mule’.

We were surprised that Biden seemed a lot less demented than we expected. Cheating?

Biden made at least one classic gaffe, however: “AntiFa is an idea, not an organization”.

And note that th antifa.com website redirects one to a joebiden website!! Collusion?

why does the GOP, or any conservative candidate, continue to agree to the formats and moderators of the corrupt mainstream media if everyone knows in advance they will be biased???

The Presidential commission on debates is comprised of mostly Democrat partisans and rinos.

Sorry, but the Second Foundation took care of the Mule... the Mule died a natural death — his power and control neutralized.

“I may not always like Trump’s bold ways but I never doubt his sincerity.”

My guess is most Americans don’t really care about the manner of speech or ways of any U.S. President. I think what Americans really care about is what U.S. Presidents actually do. (Talk is cheap — SEE Joe Biden.)

President Trump gets the most important, big-picture things right, kinda like President Reagan. President Trump gets important stuff done. Leave the mundane, trivial issues to the sub-par Washington swamp politicians. Biden is just an ordinary, run-of-the-mill, do-nothing Washington career politician.

I knew sleepy Joe would do the same thing. What surprised me was the depth and breath of the lies. Trump was justified in interrupting but in so doing he earned Wallace’s venom.

The problem with the Mule was that he was a one-off, as a mutant there could be no real successor and hence things reverted to the mean upon his death. That is more or less what happened to all the great things Reagan did. George HW Bush was no true successor to Reagan, he was a long time uniparty hack that dismantled most of what Reagan had accomplished. The same will happen to Trump if there isn't someone to follow in his footsteps, one who believes in his agenda and will keep it going.

Pence is not that guy, he was picked to solidify evangelicals and to give people a sort of boring nice guy on the ticket to balance Trump's attacking in-yer-face style. Maybe Don Jr will step up but for now I'm a bit worried that Trump is doing the same thing Reagan did: letting it play out and not planning for setting up a successor that would continue his work.

Another glaring gaffe Biden made in the debate was when he comically claimed “100 million” Americans have “pre-existing conditions.” Fortunately, Trump caught it but simply responded, No 100 million people don’t have pre-existing conditions.

If I were Trump, I would have responded: “Joe, your ridiculous claim that 100 million people have pre-existing conditions, and your 48 years of constantly getting numbers horribly mixed up proves your incompetence. The U.S. President must understand basic numbers - you clearly don’t, and are therefore unqualified to be President.”

All I would like to know and nobody has mentioned this that I have seen is exactly what was Biden pressing with his hand around his right collarbone area during the debate - Was it a pump or something else to give him a shot or some hidden wiring setup.

Amazing how they lie, just like Wallace lied about the "good people on both sides" lie. They take stuff out of context and reframe it, but it's still a lie.

Biden did the dismissive grin & chuckle throughout the debate. It was his signature move.

My wife was offput by Trump fighting with Biden. She wanted Trump to be more polite. I told her that’s exactly what Paul Ryan tried to do, but Biden was doing the exact same thing he was doing to Trump.

Trump’s a one off because he’s fearless.

There are other fearless smart people And there aren’t that many in the private sector willing to go through what the Swamp’s put Trump though.

If Trump wants to create a road for others like him - he needs to discover the milquetoast incentives in place and remove them. If he does that he’s more a Hari Seldon...

( And really, the Mule was neutralized by the Second Foundation long before his natural death. It was one of the few times the foundation analyzed one individual rather than large groups.)

Your reply is correct. All Biden knows is how to be an a**hole. Ryan tried the "W" way and had his hat handed to him. Trump would have none of that, which confused Biden, and caused him to yell and have fits ("Shut up!").

When fighting RATs, the "W" is for losers. Trump punches back, which evidently offends certain groups.

No-not like that...and not like that moron Mitt, who basically handed “O” the election.

I just am not comfortable with Trump stooping to the level of idiots like Wallace and Joe.

I mean, who was it who said: ‘Never argue with fools... the world won’t know the difference.” ??
