All three men charged with the murder of Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia entered not guilty pleas on Friday.
The story: George McMichael, 64, his son, Travis McMichael, 34, and their neighbor William Bryan, 50, were indicted at the end of June. The McMichaels were charged with aggravated assault and murder, while Bryan was charged with murder and attempt to commit false imprisonment.
They pleaded not guilty to all nine counts.
The defense: Bryan’s attorneys are looking to ask the judge to set bail for his client, TMZ reported, and filed a motion and a list of more than 50 questions for potential jurors for the trial to ensure that they’re not biased.

None since the guy recording was not there at the scene. The one with the gun was attacked and punched, and Arbery ran towards the truck around the front and attacked the guy.

And that is the ENTIRE incident, right?

The problem is they recorded the whole stupid thing. Everyone thinks they need to be on Live PD all the time.

You’re forgetting the part where they chased Arbery around the neighborhood in trucks with guns and the part where Bryan’s truck struck Arbery hard enough to leave a dent in it.
Bryan involved himself in this, apparently without anyone even asking him to. During his involvement, he tried to block Arbery’s escape from the McMichaels, hit Arbery with his truck, and corralled Arbery toward the McMichaels who then killed him.
I’d say he was at the scene. His truck was PART of the scene.

Ah here is the best though. If you were being chased by men with guns would you run towards the truck where they were standing? Clearly the actions of a guy who is not afraid
To your point then about corralling him towards the truck nice word there you used then why did he not run off the road and away from the truck?
Charging murder was way over the top on this, but it was appease marxists, black racists etc.

According to the police investigation, Arbery ran away from the McMichaels’ truck and Bryan’s truck several times. In the video that’s been released to the public, what we see is the end of that series of events. Bryan (who had just hit Arbery with his truck) is behind Arbery and the McMichaels (who had gone around on another road) are ahead of Arbery.
So Arbery had two armed men who had been chasing him in front of him and a guy who hit him with his truck behind him. He didn’t have a lot of options.

I agree with self defense. In fact, if Arbery had a gun on him that day, I would fully support his right to use it to defend his life against the men threatening his life. What I do NOT agree with is chasing people down the street for no reason, hitting them with your truck for no reason, pulling a gun on them for no reason, illegally detaining them for no reason, and killing them when they don’t submit to you.
You can do all the infantile name calling about me that you like, but it will never change the facts of the case as laid out by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. And it will never change the statements that the McMichaels and Bryan have made to the police about what they did that day.
Look let this go in. He had a chance to run off the road when the car behind was recording, he did not.
He ran towards the truck which supposedly had already hit him and had two men in there with guns.
You clearly have fallen for the media, BLM, Marxists talking points as I have heard them many times but you still cannot answer those points I have given to you 3 times.
Now You do not know GA law as they can detain and arrest.
