I am one of the least computer savvy posters on FR at this time. However, even I can imagine a few well monitored flying drones being put to work over De Blasio’s ‘Mural’.

All one need do is have a flying swarm of drones visit the area, each drone holding a balloon pre-filled with paint.

I once saw a rig for painting images onto streets that was attached beneath a car.

Had a long rod the width of the car and many nozzles that would spray the white paint out onto the road forming an image.

Would be fun to use such a setup to slowly drive about in Manhattan in the middle of the night painting hundreds of “messages” onto the streets.
