Cornel West and civil rights attorney Leo Terrell were supposed to have a civil segment on defunding the police, urban violence, and Democratic incompetence at addressing these issues, but things went off the hinges almost immediately. It was absolute mayhem on Sean Hannity’s show on Fox News. Hannity prefaced the segment about the Democrats’ inability to govern, which was interrupted by West. The shouting began almost immediately. Terrell hit back at West for just recycling old Democratic talking points. He then tried to have a discussion with West, “black man to black man,” which West did not take well at all. The two shouted over one another, with Terrell not liking West calling him “brother.”

Cornel West Goes Berserk on Fox News’ Hannity
You had me at berserk.
I tried watching that video, but I had to turn it off, because it reminded me of one of the reasons I stopped watching these stupid shows, because they’re nothing but free-for-alls, with no control over the speakers. They rant, rave, and scream, and talk over each other so you can’t hear what’s being said, and Hannity, and other hosts sit there like a bump on a log. Why any person would subject themselves to that nightly is beyond me.
They were barking at each other like two dogs on short tight leashes. The younger man is correct about Cornell. Cornell is indeed a dinosaur. Jurassic Park style race baiter extraordinaire.

Yes, I saw that. He did go berserk. It was so much I had to change the channel. Came back after a bit but he was still going all crazy. Came back a second time and finally turned off the tv.

I actually enjoyed Terrell for once.
But, these guys are not in same league with people like Thomas Sowell or Shelby Steele.

Hardly anyone, including Shelby Steele, is in the same league as Thomas Sowell, IMHO. I’ve read several of his books cover to cover. Excellent.

I agree. Sowell is a giant, in the same league as Burke, Kant, Kierkegaard, etc.
So Cornell West, used to being coddled and given preferential treatment is going nuts.
Yes “berserk” definition illustration will be better suited to him than:
