A group of about half a dozen suspected looters in Los Angeles was caught on live TV on Sunday as they confronted armed citizens helping the owner of a local liquor store protect their business.
The incident nearly got out of hand as the looters gathered outside a liquor store in Van Nuys and squared off with the owner and armed community members for not letting them break into the store and a nearby gold store.
“There’s a standoff here arguing about why they can’t break into the place,” said Fox 11 TV reporter Christina Gonzalez during a live broadcast of the incident Sunday.
A short while later, several police vehicles arrived at the scene. The situation then got even more confused as officers began arresting and pointing guns at the community members protecting the store.

Why doesn’t BLM address the Real American reason for the state of bigotry among races in the United States - the natural law that people TRUST people who look more like them than not; aka, Birds of a Feather Flock Together. Intelligence is the reason our civilization has advanced to this point, and has provided all the things we are envious to possess - Arts, Sciences, Economics. Just as it was man’s brain that got him out of trees and off the African plains, it is American brains that have provided for us so well, aka, ‘Yankee ingenuity’ was a common phrase in my household when growing up. What BLM misses is the degree of bullying at school against black kids trying to learn ‘... to be like white bread’ or ‘Crackers’. This is reinforced in some of these kids’ homes by their parents, who discourage studying because it’s a ‘hopeless waste of time - yo ain’t gonna get nowhere’, guaranteeing the continuation of a lifetime of indentured servitude by their own making. When BLM is smart enough to realize this, meaningful changes might occur. Until then it’s a waste of ink and time considering the issue. So if there is some benefit for some segment of humanity to ‘dumb themselves down’ to avoid conflict with an uneducated and foolish segment of humanity, I’d like to hear it. Otherwise, you won’t see me ‘taking the knee’ to honor stupidity. That would be insanity.

Duh, the bad guys are the ones hotfooting it away.
The good guys are the ones politely cooperating with the police.
All of this should have been stopped days ago. It’s just one more epic fail in a series.

The ComDem leadership in CA truly wants to destroy the nation, so they can “take charge”.
Will be a hot war, that they will lose badly, before we let them do it here.
The LAPD is Mayor Garcetti’s goon squad.
Cops have succeeded in making law abiding people feel very ambiguous about them.
If there was any doubt before, there no longer is.
They will jail law abiding citizens for opening their business, but not people looting and burning down businesses. Worse still, they release them once caught!
This is abject failure of the highest order.
Then, screw LA. The good people are prevented from defending themselves, so let that city burn to the ground.

Also, the police took off after some looters (probably not the same ones, since they fled by car). The reporter identified the looters and their car, and the direction where they fled.
This looks to me like the police handled the mess very professionally.
Excellent. My response would be more full-bodied, but I’m already nearly wiped out just trying to keep up with everything. And I think I’m developing carpal tunnel from too much typing.
