Restaurants in Washington state will be required to keep a log of each dine-in customer to facilitate contact tracing during phase two of the state's coronavirus reopening plans.
As part of the requirements, the log must be maintained for 30 days and must include each customer's telephone number and email address, and what time they came in to eat, according to officials.

Contact tracing is like firearms registration, .. it puts you on a list.
Cellphone numbers have now become more informational than your social security number
and people are too casual about what information they already give out.
Also, cellphones and computers can be easily hacked by the computer literate .
As for those restaurants that require 'contact tracing', I will either order out, or more likely, totally avoid them altogether.

When these zealous flu checkers descend upon your home, what is their act? Do they issue you a stay-at-home order for a month? Jail time if you don’t obey?
What if they feel your exposed family member doesn’t have the proper conditions to ensure a genuine quarantine, such as their own bathroom? Will they forcibly remove your family member?
