You might be right, but up to now, Los Anglenos are not voting with their feet, so far. If they were, rental unit vacancy rates, and existing homes for sale would both be up, which they have not been for some time.

We just traversed LA county freeways on Wed. Lighter but there were still places that slowed to came to a stop on the 605 at 4:30 pm or so.
