A few years ago,while requesting an absentee ballot for an upcoming election,an official at my town’s Town Hall told me that it’s illegal in Massachusetts for any state or local government official to ask for proof of citizenship of anyone registering to vote or at a polling place.
Cali will allow thousands and thousands maybe millions of illegals to vote in 2020 throwing the national election into turmoil. Watch and see. California makes a disaster of 2020 election.
No California election or election returns should be considered valid or legitimate, period.
ah, so if it’s not an obligation of the State, then it must be an obligation of the Federal govt. And if it’s an obligation of the fed govt then the State needs to forthwith turn over the voter rolls and voting booths, and we will have federal regulators monitor both at every election, local or otherwise, including issuing photo id’s. Talk about shooting oneself in the foot.

I think not insuring voters are citizens is inviting a foreign power to influence the outcome of our election. This is precisely what the Democrats have been accusing President Trump of doing.

Regarding desperate Democrats trying to make it easy for undocumented Democrats to help elect the next Democratic POTUS, please consider the following from related threads.
Noting that citizens could only elect House members at the time, this alleged situation could and should trigger constitutional penalty for renegade states trying to steal House seats, post-civil War constitutional lawmakers addressing this situation in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment. (States need to repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment.)

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. Note that later amendments to the Constitution have effectively changed citizen voting eligibility criteria of Section 2 imo.
In fact, the post-Civil War congressional record shows that desperate Democrats now allegedly stuffing the ballot boxes have forgotten their history and are consequently repeating it.
More specifically, it was pointed out that renegade states that attempt to weaken voting power of legal majority citizen voters effectively violate the “uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause” (1.8.4).

Then California should not be allowed to vote in federal elections. If it does not recognize citizens then it does not recognize America’s sovereignty.
