Former vice president Dick Cheney and his daughter Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., are to appear at a lunch fundraiser Monday in support of President Donald Trump's 2020 reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee, according to an invitation to the event.
The luncheon fundraiser in Jackson, Wyoming, will feature White House advisers Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, along with acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney as "special guests," according to the invitation, which was obtained by The Washington Post. The invitation does not list the official titles of Mulvaney and the president's daughter and son-in-law, and it clarifies that "their participation in the event is not a solicitation of funds." A federal law prohibits administration officials from campaigning in their official capacities.

I think we do, for instance, the PNAC ideology Cheney was part of brought America into a decades tumble into needless war & $trillions in debt. Not to mention the countless deaths & injury to American service men.

Not sure who this helps. Cheney is hated by the masses almost as much as Trump. Might solidify Trump’s base, which is already pretty solid. But it might push away those who are apolitical but hate the Bushes. Or saw the movie last year.

Albore is not that dumb. He has used various schemes and treasonous conduct to make him a billionaire. He must secretly laugh to himself every time he hears one of the globull warming idiots spout off. For Al, its all good, more dollars from some scam of his flowing into one of his many off shore bank accounts.
Did anyone see “Vice”, the Will Ferrell, Brad Pitt produced movie that is essentially a hit job on the Cheney family?
Amy Adams and Christian Bale star. The LOOK they have is truly amazing—they really do look and sound like Dick and Lynne. But they try and make the family look like Machivallean operators who for DECADES planned a take over of the federal government.
Anyway, since I know the TRUTH about how the Cheneys served the nation with honor and distinction, it was kind of fun to watch. The cartoon-like caricature the producers put on the men and women of history was a sight to behold.
Every Republican, nearly, was either an idiot or a Dr. Evil. The men were weaklings, pushed around by women.
The one KIND element about Dick Cheney the movie showed was his love for his lesbian daughter. Anyway, I was able to watch it without getting angry, because I knew the makers were kooks. And on reflection, any reasonable young person who didn’t live through the times represented will be able to also realize the film is biased beyond recognition.
Remember Olive Stone’s disaster “JFK”? Where he tried to make everyone in government an accomplice to the 35th president’s murder? That is what this does to Republicans, except you can laugh at it.
For whatever wrong judgements were made during Dubya’s term, I think Dick Cheney OVERALL was a white hat.
