I think there is a hidden Trump vote out there.
The liberals and radical types make the most noise, but there are many who quietly support the president.
Nixon talked of the “silent majority” and that concept still applies today, in my opinion.
As far as Trump’s re-election chances, you have to consider that the 2020 campaign will be very different from 2016. In that, in 2016, Trump was a political newcomer. In 2020, President Trump will be running for re-election on a record of some considerable achievements. There is no way that any who voted for Trump in 2016 would not vote to re-elect him in 2020. On the other hand, some who sat out in 2016 or voted for someone else, will be motivated to vote for Trump because of his achievements.

OTOH, Dems thought they had it in the bag in 16, this time they have a better idea of the amount of cheating needed to win.

well there’s Ann Coulter and even a few here on FR who think he’s an emperor and won’t vote for him because he hasn’t done exactly what he said he would down to a tee....
yet unlike politicians, Trumps plan IS to actually accomplish everything he set out to do. unfortunately his hands are pretty tied.
As long as economy stays strong and we have a million more jobs than employees to fill them, President Trump is on a greased slide right back into the WH.

The people who stayed home because they despised Hillary, but were skeptical about Trump will turn out this time.

The 2020 fight is going to be how the commies deny Trump the whitehouse using the popular vote against him. The DNC set the stage in 2016 and lib states pooling their electoral votes and giving it to the winner of the popular vote will be the narrative.

Well stated, Dilbert. I agree. Trump’s a known quantity now. And the Nation is kicking butt. Problems are getting solved. Trump is winning strong support from Blacks. On the Hollywood side, the Kardashians are in full support of Trump.
Trump is respected as a world leader. His model is being replicated in several country elections.
And I think enough people will fear that the good times end if Trump should be thrown out of office. Everything is looking up as long as Trump supporters show up at the polls.
