The Tireless Ron DeSantis.....making Florida even greater
National Review ^ | March 8, 2019 | DEROY MURDOCK

After contested recounts in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, DeSantis, 40, prevailed over Gillum, 39, by a margin more svelte than Palm Beach — 49.6 percent to 49.2 percent. Among 8.1 million ballots cast, just 32,463 votes divided victor from vanquished.

Most significantly, DeSantis replaced three Florida supreme court justices who were required to retire at age 75. His appointees — Barbara Lagoa, Robert J. Luck, and Carlos Muñiz — have shifted the court’s composition from four liberals and three conservatives to one liberal and six conservatives. This jump to the right should keep the Sunshine State’s top tribunal safe for constitutionalism.

To begin with, without serious illegalities coming from Broward and Dade counties the margin would have been considerably higher.
Second, “ DeSantis’s appointees should make Big Sugar clean up its bitter harvest.”
What most do not know is that big sugar has a million or so acres of sugar growing in South Florida.
They can get two or three harvests from each plot of land a year.
When harvest time comes around they burn the fields making it easier to harvest the cane. massive fires pollute the air and ground water.
Politicians like Little Marco are controlled by big sugar who block any attempt to control this pollution.
Where the hell is EPA?
oh yeah, that agency is running around stoppong you from using a bab b que.

He’s a great prospect. One thing is for sure, the GOP base won’t support another Establishment candidate.

Add about 50,000 votes.

But do not sit relaxed, Florida is turning bluer by the day.
First, whole bunch of liberals from east coast are moving here for warmer weather and lower taxes.

And this state is a magnet for Hispanics. Jobs are plenty here.
